What is Job Dating?

Job dating is a modern recruitment method that combines elements of a casual meeting in an informal atmosphere with a traditional job interview. During a single event, candidates have the opportunity to showcase their skills, experiences, and personality.

What does Job Dating look like? 

We planned the Job Dating event in Ayming to maximize time and give candidates the opportunity to present themselves comprehensively. The event includes: 

• Thematic Workshops  – You’ll have the opportunity to participate in two workshops led by Ayming experts. This is a great opportunity to work together and get to know each other in action.
• Video interviews  – short video interviews are a modern element of recruitment that allows you to present yourself while speaking freely to the camera
• 1:1 conversations  – this is our time to meet with you individually, a key part of Job Dating. We’ll be able to learn more about each other and our expectations.

All candidates participating in the event will receive feedback, regardless of our decision, within 48 business hours of the end of Job Dating. This means no later than October 28th at 9:00 PM. 

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking talent for several strategic positions. These include: 

• Senior Consultant for R&D and Innovation Tax Relief – this position will advise clients on the settlement of R&D tax relief, optimize processes and support the development of innovation. 

• ESG Consultant – This role involves advising companies on sustainability, ESG reporting and developing comprehensive strategies. 

• Business Development Specialist – The specialist will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building business relationships, and identifying and implementing new market opportunities.
