We recruit talent at all levels: ambitious and curious early-career professionals, autonomous experienced experts, and strategic senior leaders. Joining Ayming means working on exciting projects, thriving in a collaborative environment, and fully developing your potential.
The process may include one or more interviews with our HR and operational teams. Depending on the role, there may also be exercises or case studies to evaluate your skills. Each step is explained, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
Candidates typically hear back within 2–3 weeks via our application platform Smartrecruiter. You will receive information at each step of the process.
After your interview, our recruitment team reviews your application and assesses how well your profile matches the role’s requirements. Additional interviews may be arranged if needed — for example, with other team members or managers. You’ll receive feedback after each interview and be kept informed about the next steps. Once a decision is made, we’ll contact you with the outcome of your application, and you’re always welcome to reach out for updates.
