My name is Piotr, and since 2019 I’ve been working as a Project Manager in the HRP team, focused on labor costs and the work environment, in Warsaw, Poland. Previously, I gained experience in the public sector, which helped me develop strong collaboration skills and easily adapt to Ayming’s dynamic way of working.
My work routine
My workday is closely tied to our clients’ schedules. At the end of each day, I make sure all emails are reviewed and tasks are properly planned. I regularly update my task list, which helps me efficiently organize meetings, data analysis, documentation preparation, and project implementation.
My main activities include
Participating in meetings with current and potential clients
Analyzing and preparing documentation required for implementation processes
Supporting clients in reporting data required by relevant institutions
Training new employees and assisting in client communication and data collection
Advising clients on assessing and improving their work environment
Exploring opportunities for new collaborations
Typical projects I work on
In one of my recent projects, I supported a client in the automotive industry, manufacturing parts for this sector. We began by analyzing areas where financial benefits could be achieved. We identified potential in occupational health and safety (OHS) and assisted the client with proper reporting to the relevant institutions. By sharing our expertise, we helped the client better understand reporting processes, and the implemented actions resulted in savings of 1.1 million PLN (approx. 250,000 EUR).
