My name is Lina Covain, I work as a Marketing Project Assistant at Ayming, while completing my Master’s degree in International Marketing at ESCE. I joined Ayming as part of my work-study program — an experience that has been both rewarding and stimulating!
My work routine
No two days are ever the same — and that’s exactly what I love about my role within Ayming’s Marketing team. I take part in coordinating numerous projects, working closely with my colleagues to ensure every initiative reflects the company’s energy, creativity, and values.
My main activities include
Organizing and coordinating internal and external events (webinars, kick-offs, etc.)
Creating visual materials and content for events
Contributing to content creation for social media promotion
Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials
Typical projects I work on
One project I’m especially proud of contributing to is the Absenteeism Barometer, one of Ayming’s flagship studies. Together with Alexandra and the HR team, we coordinated the entire event — from preparing materials to presenting the results. This project perfectly represents Ayming’s expertise and identity, and I was proud to play an active role in it.
